SACC Annual General Meeting
The 2008 AGM will be held in the “Club Room”, Cahir House Hotel, Cahir, Co. Tipperary on Friday, 12th September, 2008 starting at 8pm.
All members of SACC affiliated clubs are encouraged to attend. Each club should appoint two delegates who will have voting rights on any motion raised at the meeting. Obviously it is important that all clubs are represented.
To facilitate the orderly conduct of the meeting clubs are asked to submit items or motions for discussion to the Chairman (John Hogan, john@jmrtiles.ie) or Secretary (Eddie Foyle, edf@iol.ie) before Saturday, 6th September.

Volunteer host clubs are urgently required for two competitions.
(i) Nature Competition which is proposed for Sunday, 25th January, 2008.
(ii) Creative Digital Competition, proposed for 10th May, 2009
Individual volunteers are also required to assist the SACC committee at the Print and Slide Competition to be held on Sunday, 7th December 2008 . The venue is yet to be arranged but will be in the Thurles, Clonmel, Cahir area.
